Store Policies
Eleni's Kitchen, LLC has the following store policies.
Payment: We accept checks, money orders (if you choose to pay by check or money order, we will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 10 days.), and major credit cards (credit cards are handled by PayPal). In addition, you can call at 404-384-2455 to place your orders over the phone between 8:00am to 8:00pm PST on Monday through Saturday (please have your credit card information ready while placing orders over the phone.) Third Party Payment Processing: We use a third party, PayPal, to process online and over-the-phone credit card purchases. PayPal securely collects, processes and stores all payment data as necessary to perform their function. Our Privacy Policy has additional detail about how we collect and use information we receive from you.
Validating Your Order: After you have placed an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you have given us for validity by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the telephone number, e-mail, and/or billing address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Return & Exchange Policy: 1) Unopened Products: We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unopened product. Send the returned product to us at the address on the invoice, appropriately packaged and shipping prepaid. Include the invoice indicating which item you are returning (e.g. by circling it) and an explanation of why you are returning it. If you would like to exchange it for another product, please note the item you would like us to send and a delivery address, if different than the original order. For refunds, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping costs (original and one incurred while returning) are not refundable.

Shipping: All orders placed on this Site will be shipped according to the preferences you have made at the time of check-out. We cannot ship outside the United States. We ship orders via third party carrier, such as Federal Express and United States Postal Service.
Errors on Our Site: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
